Private Visit of the Longines Museum
Arguably the most intimate watch museum experience in Switzerland, despite it being free of charge. The only way to visit the Longines museum is by booking a private appointment. No questions are asked, aside from the language of choice and the number of people attending. The welcome is warm as you enter the majestic headquarters, the same since the brand was created. And the visit is fascinating, showcasing Longines' rich history, especially from the era when it was positioned towards the very top of Swiss horological craftsmanship.
While you can easily drive, it is worth noting how convenient the access is from the Saint-Imier train station. As soon as you get off the train, there is a dedicated pathway leading directly to the Longines building just under. The way back is uphill but nothing particularly difficult.
